Announcing The Scottish Student Poker Championship

The Edinburgh University Poker Society in association with the Heriot Watt Poker Society is proud to announce that next year will see the first ever Scottish Student Poker Championship. The SSPC will comprise a series of tournaments hosted at Edinburgh's Circus Casino between the 26th-30th March 2008.

This event promises to be the best student poker event ever hosted in the UK. More information will be posted to this website soon.

Poker society information for 2007/08

Welcome back to all you old timers and welcome to all new players! This year poker society will kick off with a £2 rebuy hold 'em tournament on Thursday 20th September. We will play in the Mezzanine room in Teviot located in Bristo square.  Membership is £5 for the whole year. For more information we'll be at the societies' fair in Pleasance (check your freshers' week packs if you are not sure where this is) on Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th September. Apologies for that lack of updates for the website - our techie guy is MIA at the moment and it's taken me the best part of an hour just to get this done! See you all at the tables!
